  • To cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  •  No refunds will be issued; however, the appointment may be rescheduled within the next 10 business days.

  • All vehicles will undergo an evaluation upon arrival at the shop to determine the exact value of the service required.  
Disclaimer Regarding Engine Damage or Future Failures 
  • Once the desired service has been booked, a detailed inspection will be performed to document the condition of the vehicle upon reception.
  •  We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages.
  • All our services are carried out under strict safety standards to ensure the proper care of each vehicle. However, in the event that any issue arises as a direct result of our service, we will take full responsibility and cover the necessary repairs.
